Founding-clinic pilot terms.

Requesting a pilot does not start a subscription. We agree scope and data handling, complete setup, and confirm activation in writing before invoicing.

Price and billing

$149 USD per location / month. There is no setup fee. The founder invoices manually after setup. No checkout or payment is taken on the request page.

Price lock and cancellation

The monthly price is locked for 12 months from activation while your service remains active. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@anitamani.com. There is no long-term commitment. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. We agree any price after the lock before renewal; there is no automatic upgrade.

Refund

If you’re not satisfied, email hello@anitamani.com within 30 days of activation for a full refund of pilot charges paid. Activation is the date confirmed in writing after setup. After that window, cancellation stops future renewals; paid periods are not prorated.

Feedback and your results

Your clinic agrees to a 20-minute feedback call at 30 days. Case-study participation is optional. We use your name or results only after separate written permission covering the material you approve. Declining does not affect the offer.

The demo uses fictional patients. The pilot is focused on website scheduling requests, contact details and staff handoff. Live patient use begins only after data handling, access and necessary agreements are reviewed. Contact and scheduling details can still be sensitive; do not share clinical details.

Outcomes and future features

No bookings, revenue or other outcomes are guaranteed. Phone answering and integrations are offered only when their availability and scope are confirmed. Future features do not activate automatically or add surprise charges. Any future usage allowance has a soft limit with a heads-up email and agreed next steps.
